As a public body, Swansea Local Health Board is subject to the Freedom of Information Act. Although Swansea Out of Hours Service is not a public body, the organisation will comply with the FOIA and each of the three codes of Practice to the extent they apply to the Service. We will provide all reasonable assistance to the Local Health Board to facilitate its compliance therewith.
