Access to the GP Out of Hours Service is via NHS Direct Wales and you should ring them in the first instance. You can only be seen in the Primary Care Centre once you have been given an appointment by the S.O.S. Doctor or Receptionist.
The Primary Care Centre in Swansea is in Singleton Hospital. If your require directions to Singleton Hospital then please click here.
If you enter Singleton Hospital through the Casualty entrance, turn left to enter the main outpatients corridor. The Primary Care Centre is situated in corridor 4 with access via the intercom button. To see a map of the hospital to locate the outpatients department click here.
On arrival please report to reception to ensure that your arrival is logged. You will be asked to sit in the waiting area until a Doctor is available to see you. We try to ensure that patients are seen in order of their appointment time but sometimes patients may have to be seen more urgently because of their medical condition.
